By accessing or using EPSNIX, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
EPSNIX provides browsing, search, previews and downloadable EPS vector resources. Features, limits, availability and content may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for using sign-in features lawfully. Do not attempt to impersonate another person, interfere with authentication, or obtain unauthorized access.
4. Free download limits
EPSNIX may apply rolling download limits to protect the service and keep free access sustainable. Current limits may differ between guests and signed-in users and are shown by the website. You may not bypass limits using automated requests, multiple identities, technical circumvention or other abusive methods.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or overload EPSNIX, distribute malware, probe the service for unauthorized access, interfere with other users, use the site for unlawful activity, or misuse advertising, download or account systems.
6. Intellectual property
EPSNIX branding, website code, interface and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in downloadable assets are governed by the applicable EPSNIX license and any asset-specific information.
7. Third-party services and advertising
EPSNIX may use third-party authentication, hosting, analytics, advertising and infrastructure providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Advertising does not constitute an endorsement by EPSNIX.
8. Availability and disclaimers
EPSNIX is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any asset, or that every file will meet every software, production or commercial requirement. Review files and license terms before use.
9. Enforcement
We may restrict access, disable downloads, remove content or take other reasonable action when necessary to protect the service, respond to infringement reports, enforce these Terms or comply with law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as EPSNIX evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
