Respect for intellectual property

EPSNIX respects intellectual-property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed copyright complaints. Content may be disabled or removed while a valid complaint is investigated.

What to include in a copyright notice

Please provide: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact EPSNIX page or asset you believe infringes it; your name and reliable contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder; and your physical or electronic signature.

False or incomplete notices

Please do not submit knowingly false claims. Incomplete notices may delay review because EPSNIX may need additional information before identifying the work or evaluating the request.

Counter-notices

If content you provided was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact us with the affected asset, your contact details, your explanation and any information required by applicable law. We may request additional information before processing a counter-notice.

Repeat or serious infringement

Where appropriate, EPSNIX may restrict contributors, accounts or access associated with repeated or serious infringement.

Submit a notice

Send the notice to support@epsnix.com with “Copyright / DMCA” in the subject, or use the Contact page. Keep a copy of everything you submit.
